Licensed in California and Idaho and transacting nationwide, I specialize in retail and development. Single tenant and multi-tenant spaces, strip malls and shopping centers. We work with nation credit tenants and franchisees on strategic growth plans, site selection and can pair clients with a long list of reputable developers if needed. If you're frustrated by a lack of tenant mix, the ability to find the next site for your location or business and feel there's still too much red tape, my experience as a planning commissioner has helped fast track these issues for clients we take on.
